How to delete data in phone permanently

Just think about your mobile phone there will be lot of personal data of you.Suddenly you may wanted to sell your phone after that you will delete your every data and will sell.But don't forget that data can be restored by using recovery software like computer.If any other person have your personnel data you are in risk.ohhh don't get upset I have a solution for it...
                  There are two way to do this.

1.* Insert your memory card to computer by using card reader
   * Delete that data using software named "Open-Source-Software Eraser" (You can download at                 http://eraser.heidi.ie/) 

2. * Format your memory card and give full memory to video memory
    * Get video by using full capacity of memory card and after delete it.To get full capacity video go to your video mode of phone and put in front of TV or something.
       After that any one couldn't get your past data.He can get only your last video.
